The compilation of all content included in or made available through any MilesHelp.com sites is the exclusive property of MilesHelp.com and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, MilesHelp.com or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the MilesHelp.com. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any MilesHelp.com Services. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of MilesHelp.com without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing MilesHelp.com name or trademarks without the express written consent of MilesHelp.com. You may not misuse the MilesHelp.com. You may use MilesHelp.com only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by MilesHelp.com terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use any MilesHelp.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use the MilesHelp.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. MilesHelp.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MilesHelp.com does not issue refunds for the services that were satisfactory provided. At our discretion, a refund may be issued if we believe that services were not provided. For any returns or refunds Award Expert's account will be debited.
PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, award research price, is actual price that will be charged to the customers for researching an award. During an award search we will place on-hold/preauthorize an account for the price of an award search, then once award search is completed, charge will become final. If award search is not completed, it can take up tow billing cycle for the hold on the account go back. Award search fee that is collected will be sent to Award Expert who will complete your itinerary search after an on hold period and time for a charge become final. MilesHelp.com will be keeping part of the award search fee.
CREDIT CARD DISPUTES
All of the concerns are expected to be resolved by contacting MilesHelp.com to resolve any disputes. If a credit card dispute is filed against a charge made by MilesHelp.com without first contacting us to resolve a concern and working with us for the resolution, user will be banned from using MilesHelp.com services. In addition to this MilesHelp.com may ban any address or any other accounts with related information to this account to use MilesHelp.com services. Restoring an account will be at sole discretion of MilesHelp.com services. All credit card disputes will cause an award expert account to be debited, until a dispute is settled and fees are reversed back into MilesHelp.com favor.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
